Buying 7-11 and Campus Sets

Hi. I'm looking to buy the 7-11 and Campus sets for my secondary town (my primary isn't going to be used for trading).

So, I'm offering 500 TBT Bells for the full 7-11, and 250 TBT for the full Campus.

My secondary town info is Mayor Marcella of Absalom, FC 2938-8203-6430.

Bear in mind, I am asking to KEEP, not to catalogue.
