But pseudo-RNG is RNG abuse. Also, it's not impossible. You cannot prove it doesn't exist. Even if you don't know about it.

Why do you keep saying I can't prove it won't exist. I said it doesn't exist at the moment. It means that there is no known way of doing it at the moment. I never said it won't be ever possible to do. What you are talking about was even just a quote from Smogon. <__> It says it will probably be possible at some point so what is your problem?! It's not my fault you were being inaccurate in your wording.

Its all about luck :3, you know whenever you catch a legendary it will have random Ivs and nature, if you're lucky enought you will get one like this one =), I also have a japanese 5IVs timid Yveltal and a German 5Ivs Modest Xerneas
