My favorite villager: sherb. He's adorable, his interior is adorable, and we share a birthday. I just got him today and i love him to death

Least favorite: overall, it would be rilla (the sanrio gorilla). In new horizons though, i've gotta say moose, that mouse stayed forever in my new leaf town with his sideburns because the completionist in me couldn't let him go without his picture (he asked multiple times and i haven't gotten his pic to this day)
