Marshal is a permanent resident of one of my towns and if he shows in the other one he will be auctioned or traded, sorry!! I'm also trying to avoid allowing random villagers from moving in so if the villager isn't on the list in the first post it's VERY unlikely they'll ever show up, as this isn't a cycling town, but one of my main towns that I'm trying to fill with dreamies. Really sorry!! There may be a few random move ins but im only cycling until punchy and lucky move out.
