I haven't got him but have you tried any giveaway thread? I got 2 of my dream villagers for free but they aren't that rare xP Mitzi and Hamprey ^_^ I hope you get Cole soon!

I think I've checked nearly every thread online with the word cole in it! Ha. I've tried here, animal crossing community, gamefaq, tumblr and reddit. Ha. But I will go hunting through the giveaway threads on here.
