i think my favorite greetings in my town are from
agnes who says "sissy!" because she's my favorite uchi villager
genji is "hey nerd" because he's my jock and OF COURSE i had to make him be a bully bunny
and hamlet is "sup girl" because a tiny hamster saying that is funny to me for some reason
Sometimes I have good ideas and sometimes not lol
Ruby reminds me of spirited away and Haku?s Dragon Form so her greeting is ?Hey, No-Face?
Kiki?s is ?Hey, egg stealer? (scene from Kiki?s delivery service)
Flora?s is ?Hi shrimpy? bc Flamingos eat shrimp and stuff
Nate?s is Hi sleepy bc he?s always yawning and sleepy.
Coco?s is Salut, mon chou bc she?s a sweet bun
And I know I have Melba?s and maples and Canberra?s set to something as well but I can?t remember theirs... Canberra?s has something to do w Australian lingo/slang
And purrl hasn?t asked me to change her greeting yet I don?t think
Mine are usually just some iteration of hi. I go with howdy, or yo, or something similar. I want it to sound like an actual greeting, but I can't think of anything good haha.
I usually just make them say variations of hello, because I'm uncreative. But I made Kyle say, "the end is near!" I saw it on another site and I thought it was funny so I gave it to the first villager to ask for a greeting lol.
I honestly just put whatever random stuff I can think of but I want to start getting them to say hello in different languages because I think that would be cute
