Beauty of the Phoenix
If I knew how the beast roams,

From ashes, the phoenix is reborn
Living its own life,

Pain of Sin
The last teardrops fall, landing silently
They have washed away the last of the pain
The merciless fiend demands corruptly
That I give myself up for his own gain
I don’t give up for life, I refuse
I feel searing pain of whips dig my skin
He has a devilish grin of amuse
Reminding me of the horror of sin
He is the reincarnation of death
Taking me away as he leaves this world
Bringing me with him, I take my last breath
I go to the depths of the underworld
I watch myself slowly perish, I’m gone
Leaving this word, still graceful as a swan
