You show life that you’re in control,
Keep on going,
You’re unstoppable

I’d never thought I’d say this
Just continue on going
Don’t get caught falling into the eternal abyss

Don’t find yourself drowning in your own sorrow
Just save your worries
For tomorrow

I keep you in my thoughts all the time
There’s only one way to go
So up you climb

Remember, your touch can beautify

Eternal Sleep

It’s the middle of the night,
Go into the forest,
Get out of sight

He gave me these internal scars,
What he said we had
What I thought was ours

Now I run, on this long trek
I feel it grab me,
Claws scratching at my neck

It hangs me up in the lonely oak tree
I shall be laid to rest,
I shall be set free

I will be at peace soon,
As I take my last breath
Under the blood-red moon

As I leave this world I hear the voice, so deep
It says,
“Now you shall lie in eternal sleep”

Night has fallen, so very quick
The light is dim
Lit by a single candlestick

I run, fast as can be
Trying to get away,
Trying to get free

I see them coming from behind
There must be a reason,
Our lives have intertwined

I see dim outline,
A shape of madness,
Here to end my bloodline

The candle flickers, then goes out
I must find my way
On this pitch black route

To freedom, I cry
Revealing the light in the light
In the darkness of the sky

The angels of light have come
To bring the feelings of pain,
To a comfortable numb

I am saved
From this dark nightmare
Into the light that I craved

A Journey of Futility
Down, I fall
Into the abyss
Of life and of death
To keep the darkness from coming on,
I hide in the light that is my love
If only, they say
If only it was better,
If only we had more
The greed that fuels it,
A human’s lust for power
A human’s desire for control
I watch the falling,
Come to a stop
I begin to see it
The life I have,
Is truly my own
I fear death not,
For it shall arrive when the time comes
I fear not the eternal life that shall come
When I enter the kingdom
Of light
A human’s need to control all other’s lives
The irony in it all
For they cannot even
