Buying 4 mil IGB for 100 TBT

I JUST finally found a good map and officially restarted, so I'd love to get some start-up cash so I can start with the fun stuff! Since I need only some quick and easy bells for now I'm happy to pay 100 TBT for just 4 mil, so we can do the Retail method in one go!

My town is new and dumpy so my only rules are 1) don't talk to the villagers (I'd like their dialogue "clean" for now!) and 2) don't pick my cherries because I still need bells today to pay off my loan ;-;
