this is probably a horrible question i don't even care
For the second time, my top 3DS screen detached from the bottom screen. The first time I was able to fix it well with Superglue (Which was probably a bad idea, but it worked.), and it lasted for half a year or so. Then it decided to detatch yet again.
I can still play it, if I turn the 3DS on, it will show everything perfectly on the top screen. The problem is is that It's annoying and It's literal hanging from the bottom screen. I don't know if there's any way to fix this, if there is, please do tell - or should I just send it in to get repaired?

Thanks. uvu

Maybe you could buy a clear case (or any?) that is snug so the screen will stay on? That sucks though ;_; that it's just... hanging on for dear life maybe lol~

Sorry for the horrible quality, but.
If you can see it, the Right top button has also fallen off. (Poor me.)

Oh my! I would go with Gracelia's suggestion of getting a case, or just buy a new DS if you have the money.

how long have you had the ds? if you've had it a while, you should get a new one like purpl said.

About a year, or so. I don't know how I screwed it up so bad. It might have been me closing/opening it so hard.
Anyways, thank you for your suggestions. I'll probably buy a new one when I have the money. uvu

I would've said just go get a case or something to hold it together but since you mentioned the button issue I would just say to get a new 3ds entirely.

If you push my top screen, it moves a bit...
Kind of worried if this might mean that it will get detached :\

I'd recommend getting another 3DS if you're wanting to get a new one, or put it in a protective case

The first thing I noticed with mine is that it was really squeaky.
You probably should try opening and closing it a little softer - I'm pretty much positive that this is why mine detatched.

Am I the only person surprised it still works?
I was actually quite surprised, too.

The photos really make it look like you've tossed this DS around LOL. I would try the case (it's $2 on Ebay, or try amazon.com if you're in the states! mega jelly of prime shipping T_T)... or why not get a 2DS? No flip, no detachment! Ahaha xD. Aaand now I'm scared my DS will do the same.

Oh god, I totally know how you feel man. I take good care with my electronics, especially my consoles. Your 3DS is exactly like my DS Lite. Look at this.

I shouldn't even laugh omg but hey, it still works! I can still play my games LOL. My DSi and 3DS are fine though, however I'm quite worried about my 3DS at the moment since it doesn't have a case and the top screen is sort of wiggly. I just hate it when I even open my 3DS because it makes these really loud noises..

Yeah. I mean, I don't usually screw up my electronics that bad; unless It's an old one that I'm experimenting with, but I really went wrong with this one, haha. I'm also surprised it still works.

I suggest intensely to get a new 3DS when you have the money~ :3

I prefer 3DS XL's though, that would be a change (:
