Hi all.

I have a little (?) probem with my 3DS. Since a few days, I can't take pictures anymore (and so, no qr code anymore either). As soon as I start this application, it takes a quick time to load but the screen is black and just after that, a message is telling me in a nutshell that there is an error and that I have to turn off my console.
I think the best thing to do is to go back to store with my stuff to check it, but just in case I'm posting here, maybe someone knows where it is coming from ? My console never felt, got a shock or anything. Everything else works perfectly. As far as I know, it happened all of a sudden.

Is this happening on the Nintendo 3DS Camera application? I tried checking the e-shop and they don't have the Nintendo 3DS Camera app on there. If they did you could fix the problem by repairing the app. Unfortunately, I don't know what's going on with your 3DS.

For now, I can only recommend that you be sure that you fully turn off the ds and turn it back on, if there are any updates for you ds be sure to download them as well. Also check that your SD card is in. Before you take it in, see if you can take pictures with another app. If you can then it might not be a hardware issue but the app itself.

Used or new? How long have you had it and do you have it registered on Club Nintendo (not sure what your region is)?

Well, I bought it in store new brand, but got it since early January 2013. I've registered it on club nintendo, indeed (from EU).

Ah ! My bad, I couldn't find appriopriate words at the time I was typing my post, what I mean was the camera of the 3DS, yes. I checked up everything, nothing to notice :/
I went back to store and they couldn't find what was the problem either (the guy switched with others SD Cards, the problem still remained), then they are going to send it to maintenance. 1 month now before I can hope to get it back repaired. Err -

Thank you though for responding !
