Do any of you know if the police station, cafe, campsite, museum shop, Katrina's Shop, and the town hall/train station renovations count towards the 30 PWP limit? I'm sure the cafe, campsite, and police station do, so I am mainly asking about the others.

the shops on main street and any renovations don't count, unfortunately
After listing out all of the PWPs I have in my town, I know for a fact that the Police Station, Cafe, and Campsite do not count for the 30 PWP limit since they are permanent PWPs that are drastically different from regular PWPs in terms of their functionality. As long as a PWP is not permanent (this includes bridges), it will count towards the 30 total limit!
