The active user list has been changed to thirty list for several reasons. One being that people in the game rooms are shown as not on.
If you want to see whos actually on or not, click "Last Click" and if their time is around the current time, then they are probabaly still on.
Is another that you would like your MAU more than 18?

Its back to 30 because people were in the game rooms and not on the list.
