Does anyone here play on a 2DS? I've borrowed my son's for the day in order to switch town items, etc. and I can't seem to get use to it. This is the 3rd time I've hit the power button erasing everything that I've accomplished. The worse part is that I have the reset center in my town and Ressetti is losing patience with me. :(

I wish there was an option to say - " Look "Mole" I'm just as exasperated as you!"

How do you get use to these buttons! Gahhhhh!

I don't have one but have heard that they're really hard on your hands? I suppose if you have hands bigger than the average eight year old then it's not for you is what they mean. Kind of glad that I've heard about these problems since I was considering getting my mom one for Christmas.

I am an older adult and I use the 2DS as it was all that I could afford at the time. I have no problems with it whatsoever other than I do have a problem with the stylus coming out all the time . Lost one completely and have no idea where it went to so now I have backups. But as for playing ability I have experienced no problems at all.

Does anyone with a 2DS have streetpass problems? Due to its non-bendable screen, I'd think it would be a hassle to carry around.

the main problem is that i look too cool carrying it around and end up getting swarmed by the all the ladies

I have no problems carrying it around except remembering to do so. I have a case for it. It is slim and fits in my handbag without taking up much space. My problem with Street Pass is that I live in a ruarl area with not much action in regards to this game that is now a year old. I just began playing in March so not much chance of getting anything on SP. That feature is pretty much useles for me.

I use a 2DS for my cycling town, it doesn't really bother me that much. It fits nicely in my hands, and I don't hit any buttons accidentally. The only downside for me is that the sound is mono, rather than the stereo I'm used to on the XL.

My oldest brother picked up a 2DS after his 3DSXL broke, and I was surprised by that. We both have big hands so the XL were good choices, but man that 2DS looks very uncomfortable to use.

My hands are not large at all so perhaps that is why it is comfortable for me. I am seriously thinking about getting a second ACNL game and may plurge on a 3ds but another 2ds would not be a problem. It works well for me.

You know you can play both games on the same system? No need to buy a new system unless you really only want downloaded versions (only one digital version per system).

As for the stylus -- I have always had a problem with them eventually wearing a bit and getting loose, since the DS Lite days. I've had no trouble with 3rd party replacements, I'm currently using a set that extend, which is very useful.
