Tokyo Ghoul is great and horrifying to watch. A town based on it would be very original! Unfortunately I haven't seen enough episodes to help, but I can throw in an opinion about the cafe
Make your own cafe so it can be as identical to the show's as possible. OuO Brewster's cafe has just a few tables/chairs and a giant pigeon at the counter. Making a human player Anteiku from the show would be much better

Yes! I'm going to do that then. I'm going to put mannequins to represent the other characters as well.
Still deciding on who... ~I do recommend you finish the show though, it's great.

Yeah, I will watch it very soon! My friend forced me to see the first episode full-screen at 1 in the morning. I had no idea what was going to happen, and she laughed at me when I started freaking out xD

Yeah.. When I first watched Tokyo Ghoul.. it was definitely not what I expected it to be..
Just wait till you get to episode 12, you're going to go nuts.

It's not scary really! i mean... there is a lot of blood, but it's just very action-packed and gory..and there is a torture scene.

I've never watched Tokyo Ghoul in my life (but I really want to tbh) and the only thing I know about it is that Kaneki is probably my son (that and for the longest time I thought Kaneki with brown hair and Kaneki with white hair were two separate different people) ;^^
But I have lots of red roses and possibly some black ones I could give you for this! And I love drawing so I could try my hand at some original pixel stuff of Kaneki or other characters/things you might want for this town tbh!

I've decided that im going to use carnations instead because that's what they used in the anime! So I want to copy it exactly!
But my gosh, I'd absolutley love if you could draw me some QR paintings or whatnot!
I'd probably need the cafe manager (old man), Tsukiyama, kaneki, possibly touka or Hinami. If you're interested send me a pm, I'd be happy to pay you as well!

How many characters do you plan on having? Some house themes can be:
Kaneki - his apartment with sloppy set and food being thrown around messily everywhere. Also chuck homework sets all over the place too!
Yoshimura - Anteiku cafe. Personally I would ditch the roost and build your own cafe. You can replicate the scene where Kaneki walks in on Hinami eating in it
Tsukiyama - a cathedral with a huge dining room and the 'stage' downstairs
Jason - the torture chamber, with 2 mannequins as the 2 people he killed in front of Kaneki
If you have a private beach, fill it up with white carnations and a few red ones in the middle
Could be helpful to look up some Japanese urban legends or symbolism to incorporate into your town c:

I DID NOT THINK OF THAT FOR TSUKIYAMA!! Yes! That's a great idea.
Plus the idea with the cafe sounds pretty great too.
I was actually thinking of making one of the character's houses the CCG base, or the hospital? Which one do you think I should do?

Wait! For jason I could use the mad scientist theme and put an electric chair in the middle to show where kaneki got tortured!
