24 hour ABD . . . What is it exactly?

I was offered one in a trade once, and I have been wondering what it is. Is it that bank machine that you can set up in your house? Do you just use it there instead of going to main street? Is it DLC?

There are two different ABDs.
First the one you get from post office for saving 100 million
And the other is from the japanese 7/11 set
You put them in your house and use it like the one in post office, yes

it serves the same function as the post office abd which you get once you save up 100,000,000 bells; basically yeah it's a bank machine that you can set up in your house so that you don't have to run to main street every time you need to save bells/deposit/pay nook

and it's part of the 7-11 set

And they both work the same, you said. That sounds really great. Very handy. Do any of you who have one find that you use it much? Is it worth trying to find one?

Yep, they're really handy!! Especially when you're selling/buying turnips, you don't have to run to main street every time haha

would've made it much easier when i was trading and putting items at 1mil in retail like 6 times instead of having to go all the way across the bridges and to main street

There was something else I wanted to ask . . . Oh,yeah. Do they look the same, or can you tell them apart? And is the 100m one transferable like the 7 11 one, or is it a single character item like the mannequins? (Which I find totally frustrating, btw.)

oh, sorry my wording may have confused you;;; I've seen the 7-11 one sell for like 2mil recently, while the one you get for saving 100mil sells for ~1.6mil

I was given the 24 hour (7-11) ABD as a gift from a very nice TBT friend. I have it in my house, but anyone (other characters or frineds you have over) can use it. Unlike normal furniture in your house, they can deposit or withdrawl bells from their accounts using it. Yes, you can drop it on the ground and another character can pick it up and put it in their house if you don't want it in yours, but you can still use it.
