Indeed it has! I'm fairly new here so I wasn't around at the time when the exchange rate was that low but I've heard people saying it was once that low!

Hello! Sorry for the late reply. Due to our timezones being 8 hours apart we may have to trade a little earlier than afternoons. If it's good with you, I can trade anytime between noon/12am PST and 1pm PST tomorrow (Sunday). If that doesn't work for you, you could always pick up the IGB in small amounts every so often, as an hour may not give you enough time depending on how fast you can collect it. The next times I will be available all day is Wednesday - times for then would be anytime between 9am PST (I know you said afternoons but just in case you get a free morning) and 2pm PST.

(Side note - I follow you on tumblr and your blog is awesome :3 *don't mind me hiding in the corner just scrolling through loads of acnl blogs....*)
