I have 2 questions about Animal Crossing Wild World.

1. Where is Pascal at? I have a white scallop or some seashell I'm supposed to give to him on my Snowman Table, but I can't figure out where he is???

2. What is speical about the golden shovel? Is it just like a regular shovel? It HAS to be special because golden items are gold because their special, like the golden axe never brakes.

Pascal, is first of all, a girl, and she comes on random weekdays and she is just walking around from 6 a.m. to midnight. And with the golden shovel, you can make money trees.

The camel is Sarharah, she gives rare carpets for villagers and you deliver them and you get rewared some rare wallpaper or flooring.

Soooo..the golden shovel makes bell trees!?! Sweet! I'm still confused about Pascal, because someone said he/she was a walrus giving out pirate furniture and lies up on the beach. Or maybe it was a bird. I still need Q1 answered... :\

Yes, Pascal (a male beaver, I thought), can be found near the ocean on a random weekday. Talk to him and he will give you advice as well as an item from the Pirate Theme. You need to give him a Scallop (not the same thing as a White Scallop) to possibly get the Golden Axe (he might give you his Pic instead).

I still can't plant bell trees. It fails everytime I try. D:

You don't use the Golden Shovel to make bell trees.

You can't make bell trees.

In Animal Crossing, planting bells in golden holes will cause a BELL TREE to grow.

I remember the Golden Shovel in Animal Crossing would randomly dig up 100 Bells... not much else.

Yeah, in the original AC you could make Bell Trees with a normal shovel or a golden one. AC:WW has no Bell Trees that I know of, and if there are, you don't make them by simply burying bells with a Golden Shovel.

I know for a fact you can grow Bell Trees in ACWW.

It's a chance though whether it grows or not as a bell tree.

So if I bury 1k bells with my Golden Shovel, is there a chance that it'll grow into a Bell Tree? If it doesn't, does it just grow into a normal tree?

I think you need 30k to get a decent chance. I believe more bells = more chance.
