this year i wish more than anything else to have more faith in myself. my anxiety has ruled my world the past few years and it will probably continue to take up a lot of my emotional space but i want to challenge it more, push the boat out more, do more things im scared of etc. i hope by doing this i can bring a bit more joy to my life. and ive already started trying to achieve this wish c:

Hmm I have a lot of goals for this year but hmm one of my top ones is I want to make a more concentrated effort on regularly catching up with friends! I've been studying for years now and I keep looking back and realising I haven't seen anyone other than my partner in like 3-6 months and I haven't been out anywhere other than home and work/study. I want to try to catch up more, try to go to places more, and put more effort into reaching out to people!
