how do ii know when ive gone through my 16 villagers? ii know ive had plenty villagers lately, bht how do ii know when ii can go back to getting the ones ii had/moved out when ii didnt want them to? again!?!?!? like ii want to know for sure, before ii ask someone to scan someone in and it be a waste bc said villager doesnt mention anything about moving?

Never really bothered with the 16 villager cycle myself, but from what I've gathered it seems like you just have to keep track of that on your own once the villager you want to reacquire has moved out. If anyone else knows something I don't, they're free to correct me, but I don't think there's really any other advice for this situation.
Edit: Oh, there is one other tidbit I recalled. If you've seen them on your Main Street in the past but then they stopped showing up, that should mean they're no longer in your void and you should be able to adopt them again. I can't speak to this being 100% accurate, since again I've never done a 16 villager cycle, but it's something I've read.

oooohh, okay gotchya! ii have been paying attention to seeing them in my Main Street and whether theyre still there or not, so that helps thank you!! ii just made a list of all the ones ive ever had up until who ii have now and who just now left so ill get to the bottom of it! thank you again
