16 Villager Cycle

Well, I messed up, and now Deirdre's gone and moved out. Yay. Fun.

I know what the 16 villager cycle is, but how do I go about it? Just carefully TT and make sure no one else moves out, and have 16 villagers move in and then out?

I also know that the most recent move in won't ping to move, so I assume I have to go about moving in and out two at a time, kind of?

Well...you could try doing the safety net method, but that's going to take a lot of time. If you have the resources I recommend moving out all of your dreamies, doing the 2y 5d method, and then after you've cycled 16 from that you move everyone back in, slowly but surely.
