10th villager randomly moves in

hi y'all!
i know in the previous game, a 10th villager wouldn't move in unless you invited them to.
thought i could play safe and not feel pressured to island hop for a villager i like however i woke up today with vivian moving into my 10th plot!
i don't mind to much because im trying to play more organically than i played new leaf, but i thought id bring some attention to this in case someone is trying to get dreamies on their island.

Did you travel to another town or have someone visit?

Just want to be sure because villagers can leave a town and move to yours.

had a couple of friends visit but no one has left their island!
i did a few trades on other peoples islands before but then i time traveled a few days before a plot opened up. the plot was open for a day and vivian is in the day after. so i dont think shes from someone town unless she can stick around the void for about a week

The island I’m cycling only had 2 visitors and there’s always someone moving in the 10th slot randomly, none has arrived from a void.
