i don't have allergies but when i get sick it's really bad, i have coughing fits and everyone used to stare at me in class

I know that feeling, every year I have like a month / period of time each year where i just nonstopp cough and I cough like every 5 seconds so I'm like am I DISTURBING THE CLASS ahhHHHHHHHH
