Of each hybrid? There are 21 hybrids, excluding golden roses, including carnations, according to
http://www.thonky.com/animal-crossing-new-leaf/flowers-hybrids I don't believe you have space for 2,100 flowers in your town for all of these flowers. I would appreciate more information, perhaps like, 100 per the winner, not 100 of each flower (this makes it sound like 100 of each all to one person!) Also maybe list out all the hybrids. Just would appreciate more info, thanks! ^-^
