So I thought to help people we could come with 100+ tips for anyone no matter how new or old you are to this game. So let's join as a community to help everyone at anytime anywhere etc! Try not to repeat others!

1. The name and town can only be up to 8 characters (including space) long

7. If you need to fill in a hole and don't have a shovel, you can fill it in with the Y button.

8. Smash the A button after Kapp'n starts singing if you want to skip his song.
9. Fruit can be piled together in a basket of 9.
10. You can choose multiple items in your pocket to give to Reese or Blathers all at once.

11. If you're not sure you've donated something to the museum or not, click "donate" and Blathers will either accept only the stuff you haven't donated or tell you that you don't have anything to donate.
12. Fossils are worth more after having been identified.

14. After you unlock Club L.O.L., you can now learn different emoticons

15. You can change the color of your picture on your TPC to black and white or sepia and use a Shrunk emotion. Push left or right.

17. You can get the silver bug net from the museum store after donating 30 different bugs to the museum.

18. to get the golden axe buy 50 saplings from leif
19. to get the golden shovel buy 50 bags of fertilizer from leif
20. for easy gold farming visit the island after 7pm and fill up your box with them

23. Before a villager plops their house down, use the plot reset trick to make sure they don't mess up paths!

24. A good friend on NL is worth more than the rarest items.

25. Be cautious of guests, even the courteous and generous. Get to know the guest very well and over a lengthy period of time before affording the utmost deference.

26. If Resetti asks why you reset the game, lie to him by saying your batteries died; shorter speech.

27. You can also make a lot of bells other ways, such as by perfect fruit farming; bug hunting is not the only way to go, or necessarily to be done alone.

28. Instead of amassing rotten fruit to throw away, dig a hole, plant the rotten fruit, and dig it up. Unless you want to attract ants, in which case you just drop it and come back later.

29. If you want to do all 4 GracieGrace fashion checks in the same day.

Gracie is there ALL day long, beginning at 6 am until Midnight.
Get your theme.
Change your outfit.
Go back to Gracie and pass.
Change the time to 5:59 am (thru Isabelle or 3ds clock).
Come out of your house and let it go to 6 am and you will come out of your house again.
Go to the plaza/town tree and Gracie should be there.
Get your theme.
Change your outfit.
Go back to Gracie and pass.
Rinse and repeat.
Just do this over and over again until you pass all 4 Fashion Checks.
If she gives you a hard theme (modern), have a 2nd character go to her and get a different theme and pass it as them.
You need to have spent at least 70k in TIY for Gracie to show up. Spend another 30k (100k total), pass Gracie's fashion check 4 times and at least a month has passed since you got TIY for the final store upgrade to happen. But if you do a little bit of TT (because of the Gracie's fashion checks) then it can be a little less than a month because each day you go back and forward counts towards the total of 30/31 days.
TT back counts a a day, even though it is the same day. If you don't want to lose any villagers, be sure to talk to them (do your daily routine) before you set the clock back each time.

30.) Don't try and have 2 towns with one game ~ it'll corrupt.
31.) DON'T EAT YOUR FIRST PERFECT FRUIT! Plant it instead!
