47. Leaving open spaces in your Police Station lost and found gives you a chance of getting a sloppy furniture item that is unable to be purchased. These can occasionally appear in Re-tail, so make sure there is always space for villagers to sell stuff.

48. The personality of a villager can result in different PWPs. Each personality has a set of pwps that other personality types won't suggest.

50. You can throw trash, cans, unwanted furniture/clothing, rotten fruit/turnips, lost items that have become trash, and old event items like the bingo card into the trash can pwp and trash can furniture items instead of being charged at Re-tail to get rid of them.

51. You can utilize the museum space, extra character houses, and the mail storage of yours and the other character's mail to maximize your item storage.

Early Advice

53. Your first Public Works Project should be the campsite.

54. Follow the campsite with a second bridge as your second choice of a Public Works Project. (Have it built well spaced from the first bridge that came with the opening of the game. Ease of navigating your town is important.)

55. Keep the ground free of what the game will consider garbage. This will earn your Mayor that Perfect Town rating sooner than later.

56. If a villager pings you, talk to them quickly or they'll lose interest.
57. Always plan before building a permanent public work project.
58. Garbage can items can throw away anything you desire.
59. The piggybank WILL take a bell from you every time you touch it.
60. Try catching fish and insects prior to the competition ahead!
61. Villager pictures and complete sets in a room will boost your HHA points!

62. Lay paths quite early on, use either QR's or your own designs. When you run on these they won't kill your grass. ^^

63: if you want to use qr codes remember you can only hold 10 codes per character. If you need more than 10 codes you'll need to create another character to hold those codes, otherwise previous codes can be overwritten. Extra characters for this purpose are called mules. ^.^

64. If they're floating near the cliff, balloons can be popped with the net if you time your swing just right.
65. The largest PWP is the drilling rig, but it actually decreases your town's appeal.
66. There are four mannequins in the game: you get one each from Sable, Mabel, Labelle, and Gracie.
67. Leave a few tree stumps if you cut trees down, as some bugs only appear on tree stumps.

68. Always check the stump before digging it up. Sometimes it will have a special design and mushrooms can appear around it all year long. Some mushrooms sell for over 10K at re-tail.
