What sort of information are you after?
I can say for sure that neither of those are actually the New 3DS XLs, as in the new style if that was what you wanted to know.

I was just curious if they are really rare since only 1 hundred exist, and some more details about it.

I think they were some Club Nintendo giveaway in Japan or something. Didn't China eventually get one of those designs?
