I can happily say that I have beaten all of the following to 100% completion.

I have 100%ed only a couple games.

Tetris Attack for Super Nintendo
Donkey Kong 3 for Super Nintendo (the one with Dixie and Kiddy... can't remember the name exactly)
Super C for the original nintendo (playing 2 player mode... this one might not count, but we finally made it to the end!)

I would probably need to look at my game collection to jog my memory for any others. I'm not a good gamer and I often don't care to get every coin/badge/whatever after completing the main story.
