yes it can if you take a female bulbasaur with the ball from an older gen and take a male bulbasaur you can breed the two together to make the baby bulba with the pokeball. like i can take a female dream ball munna from gen 5 and breed it with a ditto or a male munna than i can get a baby munna with in a dreamball
