This is completely unrelated to video games in anyway. This is for leveling up any signature items. Now I know someone has already done this, so please don't flame me about " HEY SOMEONE DID THIS! " Again I know someone did this, but I must reiterate it one last time.

[-2-] Be generous, if someone asks politely for you to level his/her item, you don't have to but it will be appreciated.
