Lol yeah, that's pretty much it. Just having that day you stop them be the last day, and when you get back just resume your playing. You may want to check for any moving pings once you return, since the date from when you last played and now would tell the game you were gone for some time, and will most likely let villagers want to move again.

I'm going to be honest with you: I have no idea on what we passed on the way there LOL. I unfortunately had to force myself to take a nap (my dad's "new" family at the time, including himself, can really get to me). The only spots I really remember were us stopping by my half-brother's home along the way, and countless gas stations. Sorry for the disappointing results of a 13 hour trip xD

Yay! And I can understand lol. Actually what I do when I want to take a break from the game is stopping on the very day I stop a villager from moving. That way by the time you're back, they would've had no chance to think of moving after that. It comes in handy not having to be nervous of losing anyone. Just in case you didn't know heh.

Haha scary it is. I got there by plane, but a month in my visit we took a road trip north through Oregon to a little past the border of Washington to go camping. If you're a nature guy, I'd recommend going to the camping grounds there if you'd like an idea of a destination for your road trip. It's very beautiful.

Oh I remember visiting California back in 2007 visiting my dad for the summer when he still lived there. I noticed a huge difference in the air (and needing plenty more lotion than I'm used to), but man I have to admit I'm very envious of the fact that the weather is predictable. The skies were clear, and not having to worry about storms every other day was amazing. Here in Florida, a lot of us get sick often thanks to the ever-changing weather; one day it's hot as all hell, the next it can be rainy and cold/breezy. Or it can be cold 7am but when it hits 10am if you're wearing even a light jacket or cardigan you're being questioned. People living here for decades, they still try to figure it out lmao.

Ah, I actually live in Florida. The thing keeping me from going to the beach is finding a ride there (it's over an hour away I think). I haven't gone since I was maybe 12 years old. It's almost been a decade and I was raised here all my life. May I ask what it's like there?

I usually am impressed with Atlus so I'm more likely to invest with them. I haven't beaten an Atlus game since Catherine, but I really want to start looking into their more recent games.

And yeah it does kinda have that acnl daily feel to it but at least I can end and start the days without feeling guilty about time warps lolz

I looked up Etrian and realized it's from Atlus! Which is always a plus for me lolz I should look up some videos. I haven't played mystery dungeon game in a while that's something I should add to my list.

I dunno why but I love managing jobs so I think that's what's attracting me to Story of Seasons. It's a weird thing to admit, but I've already set up how my days go by in the game lmao. I'm so glued to my routine in SoS but it's wonderful.

I can't wait for a new AC game. I'm curious to see if it does go console cause it would be nice to use my WiiU more. I like my 3DS but I realize I don't actually play it anywhere outside of my house lol.

I love Story of Seasons! It starts off slow but it then it just throws all these crazy customizations/tasks at you. I dunno why they made so many Harvest Moon games when all they needed to do was make SoS lolz I swear I've been waiting for a game like this for ages.

Least for me it's right up my alley but I'm kinda a sucker for farming/designing games.
