Yes, only doing 1 bag a day is the way to go. I've done 2 in a day - both near my pink carnations - and only get 1 new one. But if I do 1 bag and water the other flowers I want to breed, I'll get one by the fertlizier and others as well. Also, I've found in my town that fertilizer doesn't...
