Rain is rare, actually. At least, in the area I'm in. When we get rain, everyone gets so happy. I guess it's a change from the normal sunny weather we have. Lately we haven't had rain, but we have had some pretty nasty fog.
Lol, I know how that feels. When my family heads up to norhtern California to hit the ski resorts, they always make sure each of us are dressed in layers and layers of clothing. It gets pretty hectic, but I suppose it's to be expected from people who don't see snow often. If you threw a handful of Californians, Floridans, or people from wherever else doesn't get snow, it would take us a while to adjust. People here complain that the weather is way too cold when it's in the 50s. But it gets worse. My great-grandmother from Puerto Rico complains it's too cold here even in the summer when she visits. Haha.
