this is generally why i have a rule of always leaving the 10th slot open if you can help it. i've had lyman appear twice when full and both times were soul-crushing. ironically, i just moved katt out so daisy could move in too.

my friend and i were discussing camper resetting and she voiced a theory that they may appear more frequently if you have more public works projects. while i haven't tested it, i figure it's an interesting theory to know of. has anyone got any other theories about campers?
