To be fair, I went to McDonald's for breakfast once. But it was at 10AM, after I had been working since 4AM, lol. I know some people here do it as well, I just don't know why you'd go there for breakfast. May just be me.
Drink lots of sugary drinks with caffeine, or coffee... Those never help for me, but maybe they will for you.
That actually reminds me that a friend and I used to come up with drinks that would keep us up all night. We used to go like three days without sleep simply because we were drinking that goop.
