I know I got so fed up and done with my villagers that I made a point to TT for the first time to get someone to ping because, jeez... I couldn't take looking at their ugly little faces anymore. I have one more loser (DIVA UGH) that needs to move out, but I already got 3 villagers to move out so that's enough of a triumph for me, lol. I hope you get those guys out because I feel your pain, lol.
