I have no proof that they didn't pay! my R button is broken (I have a really old 3ds, like from when they first came out) which means I can't take screenshots so it's my word against theirs. but I'm hoping that enough people will give me positive ratings that I'll eventually be at 99% and it wont matter
yeah someone didnt pay for a villager from my cycling town so i gave them a negative rating and they gave me one back! i was really upset
