I have thyroid / hormone imbalance problems so I get those a lot myself they are very stressful and I always feel like i'm going to die. I am actually training my puppy to be my service dog to help me with them. One thing for now that helps me is working on my deep breathing or taking a warm bath / shower. >_< I hate panic attacks .. especially when i'm alone or something. I hope you will feel better soon. I'm sorry that my BF took too long but sure we can trade tomorrow ^^ just message me when you are on. I will be here around the same time. And if you ever need someone to talk to, i'm here for that too. : ]
