I think so, yeah. I've had a voided villager from another town move in because their mayor visited me. Just before we go ahead, please take note that I'm not 100% sure this will work and I'm also not sure if my older, past voided villagers will move instead D: (the ones before Marina were Biskit, Vladimir and Muffy I think). I hope that risk is alright with you!
