If I talk about politics, it would be either in Brewster's Cafe or in the StarFall Press (my blog). On LBPC, there was a general chat forum, and that's where I talk politics. My worst experience on LBPC in general is on the thread Election is around the Corner. The lesson, avoid politics threads. If I don't avoid them, I must be civil and should not escalate the arguments.

Oh, and you just got your fifth consecutive VM from a Republican TBTer. I'm glad I'm not a politician, and it's a good thing you don't get involved in politics. That's one of the few subjects to avoid in public. Right now is not the good time to talk politics. When it gets closer to the election, I'll probably expose more of my personal political information.

What do you mean "being purposely controversial"? Does that mean something like duping or something like posting Republican bias on this site (when there is a thread about politics)? The thing here is that I don't dupe, powersave, or hack for items. I also don't scam or ruin other's fun time playing AC. But when it comes to insulting the Democrats in power or their ideologies, that's the kind of controversy I bring up. I won't randomly insult liberals anywhere, but when it's there's a politics thread active, that's where I go. Scamming and griefing is bad, but politics is a taboo subject. And that is where I got a negative reputation on LBPC. I'm not trying to talk politics here; I'm just talking about what I did that made me look like an outcast.

That "central place" I talked about here is Little Big Planet Central. What happened there was that I had posted off topic numerous times (or caused some threads to go off-track). Or it has already been de-railed, but I joined the dark side of keeping a topic alive. Not only I caused some threads to go off-topic, but I also created several controversial threads on that site. Because I continued to talk about controversies (even on-topic controversies), I was given a negative reputation on LBPC. I'm still one of the lowest reputed users on that site. Just because I did that all there doesn't mean I'm going to do that here. Besides, that was all in the past (my first year on that site). I'm actually not coming back to LBPC. I like it here.

I'm sorry for misunderstanding. I guess I was too extreme when I interpreted your post. I know lying about something and making it sound like a fact is bad, but I didn't know that it isn't true. I wasn't trying to troll.

Anyway, I'll avoid doing something that is annoying, intimidating, or insulting in the future. I already had my fair share of flaming/trolling/off-topic posting on the forums, and I know what it's like. I'm not doing it here like I did on LBP Central.

When I mentioned about the chance of data corruption from duping, you may not realized it, but you're actually giving me a negative reputation. I do not like that at all. Yeah, I should've explained more, but when I first read about duping, that was one of the side effects of duping. But were you trying to help me out as a future reference or are you making me sound like a bad person?
