I'd trade snow for rain any day. Have you ever heard of rain fights? Rainmen? Rain-angels? Yeah, me neither.
Vancity is nice, but it would be absolutely AMAZING if it actually snowed here, not just the crappy powder Mother Nature decides to lay on our grounds every once so often. Vancouver would look beautiful with the snow, too.
We get power outages here often, too, sadly. as per the amount of rain we get. Torrential rain isn't always fun, when all you can do is stare out your window in longing for snow ;-;
We don't get snow, we just get stormy rain. Sometimes it's good, but when it goes on for 2 weeks straight, you'd rather have snow in May then storms in August ;-; -
