Yes, he actually does have some wealthy ones, a couple gang bosses, and some black market clients (mafia~ stuff like that. xP ) that he has 'helped' in the past ;o get started with their 'business' I want this guy to be like.. the ULTIMATE jerk, like I want him to be hated yet have connections that trust him BECAUSE he's so hated, because he's reliable and has information to get these businesses started. if that makes sense?
He doesn't like to use weapons, he likes to mislead people.. he WANTS his victims to do the dirty work, so there isn't anything to pin back on him, I want his methods to be mainly manipulation, so it's hard to pint things on him, however I also want any of his murders to look like accidents. D; such as pushing someone off a building and claiming it was suicide on their part.

I think there would be only little communities... and the size is quite small, save for a lot of wildlife? owo

D; like the trust never shatters.. and the mastermind wins at the end because no one believes the patients?? maybe, it could be a horrible idea.

This mastermind does have allies, but they are from the outside.. they aren't in town yet, and won't be unless he is threatened D;
He has done this scam many times before, he has always gotten away it though~ sometimes with scratches, sometimes without, but he's not on the record however, so he thinks he's fine. owo

I think the hospital just couldn't keep up in the funds, it's a small town... and there aren't many sickly, and the ones that are don't even get serious surgery, so they don't get enough money as is.. D:
The mastermind will be a new guy coming into town, he likes to cause trouble wherever he goes, and seeing this as an opportunity to corrupt, he'll take it, he's been in the black market business for awhile, but he has others take the plan and do his dirty work.. (the hospital, in this case.. will take the fall.. D; ) I think he'll be from Tokyo, I'm trying to think of someone to use though.

The money, I'm thinking the hospital was close to being shut down... and like, their livelihood was at stake? D: that was their job, the only way they kept their families safe and happy, yet if some suspicious guy (the mastermind~ ;D ) mentioned how much money they could get from the black market, and how easy it would be and no one would notice.. that would one, save them from being shut down, and two, fill their pockets. owo

Mhmm~ like perhaps it used to be a peaceful hospital, and they have regular patients that come in, and all is good and dandy until the doctors start selling organs on the black market? D: (I'm creepily for this black market idea.. ) and giving fake diagnoses about WHY the patients have to stay longer.. and just start acting suspicious, and not letting people leave, only sometimes letting families visit..

Because a crooked hospital is different than an asylum, it's more for collecting organs and such like that~ since I want to go something..... doctorish? due to how fun insane characters are to play, though the asylum rp on here was like a long time ago.. (I checked D; ) and it died off, so I wouldn't be going in the same direction at all.. I just want a more... unique feel to it? I want a hospital type roleplay, but like... a crooked hospital. <3

although, even if I did go asylum style, since it was such a long time ago and I'm sure my story would be way different from the previous one the others did. (because I have horrible ideas xD ) I don't think anyone would really mind, I'm just paranoid so I'm thinking hospital now~ <3

Yeah just noticed that, but at the same time I can revamp it quite a bit. ^^ such a treatment center, so it's not an asylum rather~ a hospital type situation. <3 for mentally and physically ill.

I was thinking the insane asylum roleplay~ </3 but I don't know if I want to do another horror or something cutesy... cause we could also do a hospital typo environment instead of an insane asylum, but an insane asylum roleplay sounds fun too.. D; like a crooked one.
