You know how TBT had a poll to vote for which villager would become a collectible on Halloween? They had one in March as well (they put all types of villagers in it, there was no theme) and every day during that poll they put a different villager in the banner. Tad wasn't one of the options in the poll but someone put him in the banner anyways, I guess the mods wanted to be nice to me or they just saw the awesomeness of Tad.
