Did you guys know there's a pattern to the money trees? You'll have to record your earnings for 30 days, but it's looking like you can predict when to bury 99k bells with 100% return. I saw a video for finding out your pattern and I'm going to experiment with it.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons sold more digital units in a single month than any console game in history.

Not really surprised, Animal Crossing fans have been waiting for this game for almost 10 years. Not to mention, even non-gamers are getting into it due to the quarantine. It also makes a great game for kids to play. Just overall the whole pandemic situation has definitely boosted sales.

Time travel ruins the spirit of the game, so I understand why people have such a strong reaction to it. It's unfortunate that demolishing bridges and inclines and such takes a day to demolish, a day to build. Things like that shouldn't require days, so I understand why people who are in a hurry...

Request: path that matches the town square?

These are great, thanks for sharing! I wanted to have brick pathways all the way around the resident services square, thanks a ton!

Gallery Adventure Paths! [Jungles, Swamps + More]

Love the mangrove roots idea, just wish the trees could be customized as easily as most of the furniture!

    The ACNH Rant Thread

I agree with a lot of what has been said in this thread. There are some improvements Nintendo could make to the crafting system to make it less tedious. I get why terraforming is tedious, it gives you granular control over how the entire island looks. But crafting items and not being able to...

    Villagers Picking Lots of Fights?

Canberra seems to cause a lot of arguments in my little town. He's spoiled books and told jock types that weight lifting just isn't that important. Can you imagine the gall? Plus, he sleeps until like 9:30 AM which is past when I have to be at work in the morning, so thinking about booting him...

I think it's cheating yourself of the experience that Nintendo crafts. Animal Crossing is a real-time game that is meant to be played over the course of a full year to experience all of the content. Any online game like Fortnite where half the playerbase got events from Halloween in March would...

Stuff from previous games I really miss D:

Didn't the old tools used to get more ragged the older they got? I remember the axe blade getting a chip in it when it was about to break. We need some kind of visible indicator like that in NH, especially since the HD graphics makes it easier to notice.

“Uchi” villagers now officially called “Big sister”!

Kinda prefer Uchi since it's been that way forever. Nice to know how to explain it to my kid when he asks for the billionth time, though.
