I think there is definitely something going on between Lobo and Whitney. They live right next to each other and they have literally attended every single one of each others birthdays since she's been in town. Also them and everyone else in town is always hinting towards it.

Actually I have heard that if you have 10 villagers the last to move in will never move out until another villager does. I have heard people say otherwise but Whitney is my 10th and she has been in my town over a year without asking to move once (and I play almost daily) :(

Before I finished by town I wasn't picky at all but when I'd done all the paths and landscaping I started plot resetting for new villagers. I tried to move them all into the same spots that villagers had been in previously so I wouldn't have to change my paths at all.

I convinced Lobo not to move out and that was literally all I did in the game today (apart from refusing to catch a river fish for Filbert when he asked me just minutes before his bed time).
