I loved it when you replayed on Island mode, that instead of Monokuma throwing the beat down on Monomi, she threw the beat down on him and he just kind of dejectedly crawls away x'D like the super evil awesome Monokuma, beat by a care bear wannabe. it was silly!

Though omg, xD yamada's death was.....very awkward to me, If I had to pick a favorite part though, it would be the hospital scenes where Tsumiki was nursing Komeada, just because it was adorable and reminds me of my Fiance <3 though I also LOVED when Hajime went all "FUTUREE!"...^^; getting carried away, but it was so silly that his hair even turned white.
