Hmm, that's a good question -- I'd be interested to find that out myself. I know that villager pics alone make up about 333 (probably a few more when you figure in special character pics) then there's gyroids, fossils, fossil models, furniture, clothes, stationery, artwork and on and on...
Nah, don't worry about it. The good thing is that once I've got all the items in my inventory they're there to stay -- I can always restore them instantly without having to go searching around again, so I'll be able to help out other people as well.
I know, crazy, right? There's this really weird pre-set order that makes no sense whatsoever -- same deal with powersaves as well. :Sigh:

I did try using the find function with the menu, but no dice. The worst part is that they're not alphabetized or in any logical order. Maybe there'll be some kind of upgrade in the future -- at least, that's what I'm hoping.

I wish it was just that simple -- unfortunately it involves a lot of tedious searching through very long lists of items (there's so much stuff in this game), kind of like picking needles out of a very large haystack. But anyway, if you're available right now I can drop off the other sets before I have to run out.
Kinda pushing your luck there, wouldn't you say compadre? If it was as simple as waving a wand/clicking a button then I'd say sure, but unfortunately it's not quite as easy as that. So tell ya what, you can have the campus and 7-11 sets that you originally asked for plus the heap o' stuff that I dropped off yesterday (a lot of the items on that list were already included in that delivery anyhow) and we'll leave it at that for now, okay?
