I read on an article from Nintendo Wire that Sanrio packs are sold in 7-Eleven stores in Japan. Doesn't hurt to check it out while you're there!

You can buy series 5 at any electronics store like yamada denki or bic camera. The Sanrio cards are basically always sold out so your best bet is to preorder and pick them up at 7-11 (I think est. delivery time is around Jan 1) ATM, but if you wanna try your luck at 7-11 you have to ask for them, for some reason they were always behind the counter :|

Fueki isn't released yet, but if you have a Japanese 3ds you can get fillys RV from 7-11
