I just made some omurice, which is a Japanese breakfast of scrambled egg over steamed rice. Sounds a little fancy, but really it's because I don't have much else at the moment. I also made a hashbrown. Those things kinda suck: grating the potato is kind of a chore and it's a bit messy, with shreds falling and potato moisture splatting on nearby surfaces.

I had an apple paczki with black coffee in my Nintendo Live 2023 mug. I like the creme filled paczki over the fruit filled ones, but these puppies are highly coveted around my area and they go quick!

As for me, I had some tempeh covered in soy sauce. It's actually not bad!
