But first I'd like to lay down some rules

▶ Mayors only !! (If you really want a villager, I'd prefer it be a cat/dog/bunny)
▶ Payment occurs in your town
▶ One mayor at a time
▶ Pay me up front !!
▶ No reserves, sorry
▶ I start after you pay
▶ You have 3 days to pay, or I give up your slot. Sorry.
▶ I may fix these rules whenever I please ╮(─▽─)╭
